What is included in my party rental?
We do all the work! Delivery, Set Up, Style, Breakdown, and Pick Up. Our settings include: teepee tents, twin air mattresses, sheet sets, blankets, pillows, tent decor, trays, tray decor, & sleep masks (for dreamers to keep).
Do you only have the themes listed on your website?
At this time, we are working hard on building our collection of themes. You can choose one of our dreamy options listed above or you can “Dream Your Own Theme” by filling out our Book Now form. Our team will get back to you ASAP with ideas!
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Venmo (@sweetdreamerskc), cash, or check at this time. An 8.73% sales tax will be added to each order.
How far in advance do I need to book my party?
In order for our team to ensure you have the party of your dreams, we ask for a 10 day notice on pre-listed themes and a minimum of 20 days for a “Dream Your Own Theme” party.
How are your settings treated between parties?
We have partnered with a local, family-owned professional service to launder all linens. Our work team personally sanitizes all remaining items. Pillows and mattresses are covered by hypoallergenic, waterproof protectors.
How much space is required for settings?
Each setting is approximately 4 feet wide by 7.5 feet deep. Most clients prefer to leave an additional 1-2 feet between tents.
Do you have a delivery fee?
Sweet Dreamers delivers within 25 miles of Parkville, 64151. Anything over 25 miles will result in an additional delivery fee of $2/mile (per two-round trips). Please contact with any questions about milage.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sweet Dreamers does not refund any cancellations, but we are so happy to reschedule events in case of emergencies. All reschedules will be based upon availability.
What can I do to prepare my home for the party?
Sweet Dreamers requires a clear, pre-designated party space in your home. The area should be furniture and trash free for easy set up and tear down. Sweet Dreamer’s is not responsible for party trash left behind from the night of fun.
What is your pet policy?
We ask that you keep your furry friends separated from the slumber party area to decrease your chances of accidents or damages. Please have pets stowed away upon Sweet Dreamers arrival to ensure a clear path for set up and breakdown.
